Southwest Specialties at the Courtyard Café

The Courtyard Café is proud to serve natural, organic and locally sourced products across a seasonally crafted Southwest-inspired menu. Be sure to try our Tepary Bean Hummus, a local favorite, and our nationally recognized Posolé, which was featured in Bon Appétit magazine. Make sure to save room for dessert – the Fry Bread Sundae is highly recommended.

Surf’s Up

Our Spring/Summer 2023 menu is inspired by the exhibition He’e Nalu: The Art and Legacy of Hawaiian Surfing. Try a Champagne Summer salad with truffle-salted watermelon, blueberries, avocados and more topped with a champagne vinaigrette, or try the garlic shrimp street tacos paired with a prickly pear margarita or glass of wine.
