Hours and Amenities
The Courtyard Café is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shops are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We are closed Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We offer free parking on the museum grounds with the exception of our big events where parking options are often located off-site. You can find parking maps on specific event pages.
Yes, our designated handicap parking is located on the east parking lot.
Tickets and Discounts
No, Substance of Stars is included with museum admission.
We currently do not offer a teacher discount.
Culture Passes can be obtained from your local library.
Yes, a valid AAA card allows a $1 discount.
We are with the North American Reciprocal Museums or NARM.
Appraisals
While we currently do not do appraisals, click here for a list of American Indian art experts in the Phoenix and Tucson areas and we encourage you to search online for your own contacts. This list is provided as a courtesy and is only intended as a starting point for finding out more information on your art. The Heard Museum does not endorse any one appraiser over another
Tours and Volunteering
Yes, you can be a volunteer. Learn about our Heard Museum Guild Volunteers here.
Daily tours are available and included with museum admission.
Audio tours are available through the Heard Museum App.
Yes, we do offer other languages in Spanish and French tours.

The SkyDome video is about 16 minutes on a continuous loop.
