Virtual Art Talks

In Conversation with Artists Nora and Eliza Naranjo Morse

Virtual Art Talk: Watch the recording of our Virtual Art Talk featuring Remembering the Future artists Nora Naranjo Morse and Eliza Naranjo Morse (Santa Clara Pueblo), moderated by exhibition curator Dr. Ann Marshall.

Nora Naranjo Morse, a mixed-media artist and poet, is known for her work in clay, organic matter, and recycled materials, creating forms that honor her artistic lineage while embracing contemporary themes. Her daughter, Eliza Naranjo Morse, is a multidisciplinary artist whose drawings and sculptures explore life’s journey. Both artists have exhibited internationally and were featured in the Heard Museum’s 2009 exhibition Mothers & Daughters: Stories in Clay.
