Namingha Family Artists Discuss Their Work and Legacy

Virtual Art Talk: Watch the recording of our Virtual Art Talk featuring the talented Namingha family of artists: Dan Namingha and his sons Arlo and Michael. We had the pleasure of catching up with them to discuss their recent work, which is currently on view at their family-owned Niman Gallery in Santa Fe.

In 1987, Dan Namingha was featured in a single artist exhibition at the Heard Museum. In 2012, Dan, Arlo, and Michael showed together in the exhibition Namingha Family: Shadows, Form and Light. Each artist has developed a powerful and distinctive approach to themes of the land, its relations, and the spirits of the land. Their art is collected and shown internationally.
