Celebrate art, culture, and community with an evening full of inspiration and connection at the Heard Museum’s First Friday!
Admission is FREE, and all of our galleries will be open—including two standout exhibitions you won’t want to miss:
- Bob Haozous: A Retrospective View: Experience the first major retrospective for the artist Bob Haozous (Warm Springs Chiricahua Apache, b. 1943) — bringing together six decades of his work including sculpture, painting, prints, and jewelry.
- Storyteller: The Photography of Jerry Jacka: Explore powerful portraits and breathtaking landscapes that honor the lives and traditions of Indigenous peoples across the Southwest.
Come early and stay cool as you explore the museum, make memories in the Heardlings Family Activity Room, and stop by The Museum Shop for beautifully crafted items by Indigenous artists and authors.
Our Coffee Cantina will also be open until 7:30 p.m. for refreshing Prickly Pear Lemonade, snacks, and adult beverages to enjoy under the twinkly lights outside the museum entrance.
