Take a Guided Tour
Enjoy the museum’s collections with one of our guided tour options. Enhance your visit with stories, artifacts, and the stunning works that make the Heard Museum a unique and unforgettable destination.

Public Group Tours
Led by enthusiastic and knowledgeable docents, public tours are complementary and bring the museum’s stories to life with a captivating journey through the galleries. Public tours occur everyday at 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, and 2:30 pm. Please meet us in front of the Information Desk just past the Admissions Lobby.

Self-Guided Tours
Blend flexibility and in-depth exploration with self-guided tours through the Heard Museum app. Browse exhibitions at your leisure and enjoy high-quality audio with expert insights. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store. Our Admissions team also has iPads and headphones available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lockers
Complementary lockers are available for visitors to store backpacks, umbrellas, tripods, and more. Please visit our Admissions desk to inquire about using our storage lockers.
Food & Drinks
Grab a bite at our Courtyard Café or refuel in our Coffee Cantina. As a friendly reminder, outside food and drinks (including personal water bottles) are not permitted inside the museum.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the first floor outside the Lovena Ohl Gallery and inside the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust Grand Gallery. Additional restrooms are available in the Courtyard.

To protect the rights of Indigenous artists and preserve the integrity of the artworks on display, the museum does not permit flash photography, tripods, or commercial photography.
