Additional Membership Opportunities
American Indian Membership
American Indians receive a 50% discount on general memberships from $60 to $1,000. To qualify, the primary membership cardholder must provide proof of enrollment with a recognized tribal community. To purchase a membership at the discounted rate, please call the membership office at 602.251.0261 or present your ID in person at Admissions.
Free memberships are granted to American Indian students enrolled at Arizona State University. To join under this program, contact the membership department at 602.251.0261 or members@heard.org.
$20 Smithsonian Affiliate
Add on to any membership up to $5,000.

$47 Heard Museum Guild
Connect with the volunteer arm of the museum and join the many talented individuals who support the museum by donating their time to lead tours, promote sales in the Heard Shops, conduct research in our Library and Archives, plan and implement special events and projects including our annual Indian Fair & Market and Student Art Show, and much more! Volunteer roles and schedules are flexible to meet the demands of everyone’s busy lives.
