Late Night at the Museum Family Experience Raffle
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the “Late Night at the Museum Family Experience Raffle” (the “Raffle”) constitutes each Raffle entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Museum (as defined below), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Raffle is sponsored by the Heard Museum, 2301 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004 (the “Museum”). Entrants shall not use the trademarks of Museum or falsely associate themselves with Museum during or after the Entry Period (as defined below).
Eligibility
The Raffle is open only to natural persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry purchase and physically present in the State of Arizona. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Raffle is void where prohibited.
Odds
The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Entry Period
The Raffle begins at 10 am Arizona time on June 2, 2026, and ends at 4 pm Arizona time on August 22, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of this Entry Period will not be eligible. The Museum’s designated timekeeping device is the official time clock for the Raffle.
How to Enter the Raffle
To enter the Raffle, during the Entry Period, eligible entrants must purchase and present one (1) Museum admission ticket in order to receive one (1) entry in the Raffle. Members receive one (1) entry in the Raffle per household per day. Limit of one (1) entry per person/household per day in the Raffle during the Entry Period. Entries must be completed and submitted in person through the official entry method provided at the Museum. Entries cannot be submitted via the internet or by calling the Museum. The Museum reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle, acts in violation of these terms and conditions or applicable law, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Drawing
Museum will conduct one (1) prize drawing on or about 4:30 pm Arizona time on August 22, 2026, to select five (5) potential prize winners from among all the eligible Raffle entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner Verification
Potential winners will be contacted via email and or phone number using the information provided on the entry form. Each potential winner must respond to the Museum’s notification within seventy-two (72) hours and, before being confirmed as a winner or participating in the Raffle, may be required to verify identity, age, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules and to execute and return any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, medical or emergency contact form, and any other documents reasonably requested by the Museum. If a selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to respond by the deadline stated in the notification, declines the prize, fails to provide required information or signed documents, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited in the Museum’s sole discretion and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
Prize
Each of the five (5) Raffle winners will receive one (1) Night at the Museum experience for a group of up to four (4) people scheduled to take place from 4 pm to 11 pm on August 29, 2026. Winners may purchase admission for one (1) additional child guest beyond the four (4) included, subject to availability and Museum approval. Night at the Museum Experience may include dinner and snacks for winner and guests, Museum entry for winner and guests, and various Museum activities (including dance party, flashlight tour, and crafts). Experience activities, food, staffing, access, and schedule will be determined by the Museum in its sole discretion and are subject to change. Each prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $126. Total ARV for all prizes in the Raffle is $2,520. All guests participating in the Night at the Museum Experience must follow Museum policies and staff instructions during the event. Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian. The Museum reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to, remove, or discontinue participation by any winner or guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with Museum policies or these Official Rules, and such person may forfeit all or part of the prize without compensation. Prize has no “cash” value, is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, except that the Museum reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or any component of it with an experience or item of equal or greater approximate value if the advertised prize or any portion of it becomes unavailable or impracticable for any reason. No prize consists of or includes transportation, lodging, gratuities, or any other costs or expenses not expressly stated herein. The prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Museum. All winners shall be responsible for any and all federal, state, local, or other sales, transaction privilege, use, income, excise, or other taxes, fees, assessments, charges, costs, or similar of any nature associated with any prize.
Photography and Media Consent
By participating in the Raffle, participants grant permission for the Museum to photograph, record, and otherwise capture the event and to use participants’ and attendees’ names, voices, images, likenesses, statements, and biographical information in connection with the Raffle or the event, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, educational, archival, fundraising, and other lawful purposes, without additional notice, approval, or compensation, unless a participant or guardian notifies the Museum in writing in advance that they wish to opt out to the extent permitted by the Museum for general event photography and recording. Notwithstanding any requested opt-out, the Museum may use winner information as reasonably necessary to administer the Raffle, verify eligibility, comply with law, and document prize fulfillment.
Privacy
By entering the Raffle, participants authorize the Museum and its agents, contractors, service providers, and promotional partners to collect, use, process, store, and share the information provided in connection with the Raffle as reasonably necessary to administer the Raffle, contact participants, verify eligibility, publicize winners, comply with legal obligations, protect against fraud or misuse, and operate related museum programs. Information submitted in connection with the Raffle will be handled in accordance with the Museum’s applicable privacy policy (available at https://heard.org/privacy-policy), except to the extent otherwise stated in these terms and conditions or as required by law. Providing requested information is voluntary, but failure to provide information requested by the Museum may result in disqualification or inability to award or administer the prize.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering the Raffle, participating in the event, or accepting or using any prize, each participant, on behalf of himself or herself and, where applicable, any minor attendee for whom the participant is responsible, releases and holds harmless the Museum and its affiliates, trustees, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, contractors, sponsors, promotion partners, insurers, and service providers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the Raffle, including: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Raffle; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from ticket purchaser’s participation in the Raffle or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, or travel to any Raffle-related events; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. In the event that any ticket purchaser, winner or guest breaches any of these Official Rules, Released Parties shall be entitled to and may seek indemnification, to the extent permitted by law, from such ticket purchaser for recovery of all legal fees, damages, costs, claims and other expenses that may be incurred by Released Parties as a result of the aforementioned breach.
Miscellaneous
The decisions of Museum are final with respect to all aspects of this Raffle. The Raffle and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to choice of law principles. Entrants specifically agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona or the Arizona State Court located in Maricopa County, Arizona; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Raffle, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Raffle is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problems, or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Museum that may cause the Raffle to be disrupted or corrupted, Museum may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Raffle to address the impairment and then resume the Raffle in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Museum reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Raffle, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to resolve all disputes. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Museum reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Museum’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Winner’s List; Official Rules; Questions
A Raffle winners’ list (winner’s first name, first initial of last name and city of residence) will be available upon written request to the Museum beginning three (3) business days after the completion of the drawing. A copy of these Official Rules will be available at https://heard.org/event/molly-experience during the Entry Period and at the Admissions desk until December 31, 2026.
