Support the Fair

Each year, the Heard Museum Guild awards tens of thousands of dollars in prize money directly to Indigenous artists, through a rigorous juried competition. In 2023, thanks to the generosity of over 100 supporters, we were proud to award more prize money than ever before.

You can join them by sponsoring a ribbon or joining us as a “Friend of the Fair.” The goal in 2024 is to award $118,950 directly to prize-winning artists!

Ribbon Levels and Benefits

Various level awards are given out in ten different artistic categories: baskets, diverse art forms, jewelry and lapidary, open standards, pottery, pueblo carvings, sculpture, two-dimensional art, weavings and textiles, and open standards.
