We’re hopelessly devoted to you. This Valentine’s Day we’re pulling out all the stops to show you how much we love our members:
9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Enjoy a complimentary cup of hot chocolate provided by our own Coffee Cantina in the Central Courtyard.
5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
We’re staying open late just for members (plus one optional) AND dinner is on us! Throughout the evening you’ll be able to enjoy our Member’s Lounge in the historic South Courtyard with delectable treats generously provided by Aventura Catering. You are also invited to take our special self-guided tour of the museum to learn about the many relationships that have contributed to the creation and collection of the Heard Museum.
6 to 8 p.m.
We also hope you join us for a wonderful program, Amor y Amistad (Love and Friendship): A Night of Mexican Ballads with Martha and Gabriel Gonzalez. In partnership with ASU Gammage, Resident Artist and Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter for East LA rock band Quetzal, Martha Gonzalez will perform for a special night of classic Mexican ballads in our Central Courtyard. Gonzalez will be joined by her brother and acclaimed musician Gabriel Gonzalez, where they will perform a traditional Mexican repertoire written by some of the leading songwriters of the century such as Juan Gabriel and Jose Alfredo Jimenez.
We’ve had such an overwhelming response to our Valentine’s Day event that we are unable to accommodate any more RSVPs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A cash bar will be available in the Member’s Lounge and the Central Courtyard throughout the evening.
