Join us for FREE admission this First Friday and be among the first to explore our newest exhibition!
What would today’s leading Indigenous artists say to their younger selves? Experience the Heard Museum’s newest exhibition, Wisdom from the Future, which pairs powerful artwork with personal reflections from the artists themselves — stories of inspiration, challenge, and growth, along with insights into their artistic approaches and creative processes.
During the evening, hear from Hoop Dance legend and elder Jones Benally (Diné), who will share words of wisdom with guests and tell a story through the art of Hoop Dance. In addition, let your creativity flow and make a scrapbook page or zine that includes a message you’d like to share.
While you’re here, stop by the Cantina and cool off with a refreshing Prickly Pear Lemonade as you explore the Museum and enjoy the evening. Bring your friends, bring your family, and spend your First Friday with us!
