Creative Aging Workshop: Storytelling

Learn to find, craft, and tell stories from your life and personal history.  These interactive and engaging sessions will be led by Liz Warren, expert storyteller and teacher, and the Director of the South Mountain Community College Storytelling Institute. Each session will begin with stories from local traditional storytellers to ground the experience in indigenous lifeways. Come to socialize and share your experiences, as you learn about traditional storytelling, and hear the stories of others. You will leave each session with at least one story that you can tell, write, or record.

The course is free, with limited spaces available.

To find out more click here for the application! Please note the class is open to applicants 55 years and older. Students must be able to attend all class sessions and need to access Zoom and Gmail for Google Classroom. Applicants will only be contacted if selected.
