Learn to Sew Your Own Unique Reversible Bucket Hat in This FREE Workshop
Get creative and enjoy a hands-on experience in this FREE 4-day workshop where you’ll learn how to sew a Bucket Hat. This workshop is for adults 55 and better! Inspired by the Heard Museum’s Blue Bird exhibition, participants will learn sewing techniques, experiment with patterns, and craft a personalized bucket hat—all while having fun in a relaxed, encouraging setting.
Led by Kiara Reid, Diné and French-Canadian teaching artist from the Navajo Nation. Her artwork draws from both traditional and contemporary practices. She shares her knowledge through workshops across Turtle Island, inspiring others to explore their creative potential.
