View art created by the students of the Creative Aging program at the Heard Museum!
The Creative Aging program at the Heard Museum invites you to view and celebrate the art of its Fall session students! Bring your friends and family to browse through pieces created over 4 weeks of focused learning and practice. This event will feature works from students from three different sessions who worked with mediums including printmaking, cell phone photography, and custom shoe painting. This showcase will be on display for a very limited time so be sure not to miss it!
The Heard Museum proudly hosts these Creative Aging sessions where community members 55 and better engage in a learning and creation process led by Indigenous master artists. Students of Creative Aging complete at least one piece of art by the end of their sessions that exemplifies what was learned over the four weeks. We take this time to honor their work, their thirst for creativity, and the meaningful connections made with each other.
