YOUR IMPACT
Your support of Moondance makes it possible for the Heard Museum to advance our mission of connecting Indigenous creativity to the world by presenting the voice and vision of American Indian artists.

For 95 years, the Heard Museum has been one of Phoenix’s anchor cultural organizations — an icon for residents and tourists alike.

Ongoing Master Artist Workshops help to sustain knowledge of traditional Native arts across generations.

Family-friendly spaces like the Heardlings Family Activity Room bring exhibitions and collections to life for young visitors.

Our 8-acre campus in Downtown Phoenix serves as a refuge and source of inspiration in the middle of the nation’s fifth largest city.

Creative workshops and special programs for adults 55+ designed to help participants develop their artistic abilities with expert instructors.

The Heard’s annual economic impact across Indian Country exceeds $46M, highlighting our pivotal role in supporting the livelihoods of Indigenous artists.

Guided tours and hands-on activities are provided to school groups without admissions fees. More than half of the tours are provided to Title I schools.

Gala proceeds help to offset the $2 million+ that the Heard invests annually in artists and cultural partners through program fees, shop acquisitions, and more.
Kindly direct any questions to Judi Goldfader at jgoldfader@heard.org or 602-251-0245.
