Ask Me booths – General Information
Volunteers are stationed at designated ASK ME booths throughout the campus to help you locate artist’s booths, find the restrooms, preview the cultural performance schedule, provide directions, and answer general questions.
ATM machines are located throughout the campus as well as in the museum bookstore.
Credit cards are widely accepted by Fair artists, in the museum including the gift shop, café, and book store, at the Fair merchandise booth, food court, and at admissions.
A wide variety of food options are available throughout the campus.
Heard Museum is proud to feature fine Southwest-inspired fare at the Courtyard Café. Enjoy freshly prepared salads, sandwiches and entrees, many of which feature American Indian and locally sourced all-natural ingredients. During the Fair, the museum café will be serving a special menu and reservations will be accepted. Hours: 11am - 3pm

Don’t have time for a sit-down meal but still want to enjoy the Heard’s lush, serene setting? Stop in the Coffee Cantina for grab-and-go lunches, snacks or drinks. Enjoy gourmet coffees, smoothies, an array of freshly baked goodies or healthy salads and wraps all at your own pace. Dine in our courtyard patio or take it with you. Open all day.
For a more casual, quick meal, take advantage of the barbecue menu featuring burgers, hot dogs, and more with tented seating available in the Food Pavilion located along the driveway leading to Monte Vista Rd. at the back of the campus.
Fry bread is a popular option for many fair goers with several booths selling this popular treat. For a quick pick me up snack, choose from options including gelato, kettle corn, and more. Don’t forget to hydrate. Beverage stations are located throughout the campus and will be selling bottled water as well as your favorite soft drinks.
Specially designed fair merchandise is available for purchase online and at the merchandise booth located in the courtyard close to the Amphitheater Stage. Don’t miss the opportunity to take home commemorative T-shirts, denim shirts, posters, and tote bags.
A first aid station staffed by professionals is located close to the Fair entrance.
Portable restrooms are located near the Central Ave entrance and behind Steele Auditorium.
Restrooms are available inside the museum for parents with infants, and special needs visitors.
There are several hotels close to the museum. Please check back for a list of hotels and any announcements on special rates or deals.
The Guild offers on site packing and shipping through UPS for purchases made at the Fair. Please see the fair map for the location.
Please note: The Heard Museum Shops does not provide packing/ shipping for items bought from vendors at the fair.
