This prestigious weekend-long event in Phoenix, Arizona is a vibrant celebration of Indigenous creativity where Native artists can showcase and sell their work to nearly 20,000 collectors, buyers, & enthusiasts.

Late applications are accepted through September 11, 2026 (5 p.m. MST/8 p.m. ET) with an additional $50 late fee ($85 total).

Please note: Late applications submitted after Sept 7, 2026 will be accepted until Sept 11, 2026, with an additional $50 late fee ($85 total).

RETURNING ARTISTS
Returning artists accepted in the previous Indian Fair and Market are eligible (and may also enter the Juried Competition).

FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS
First-time applicants must include a proof of tribal enrollment with their application. If you have submitted this information with a previous year’s application, you do not need to submit another copy.

YOUTH AGED 18
Youth aged 18 who are still in high school may enter the Youth Art Show and Sale. Youth aged 18, regardless of whether still in high school, may choose to enter the Juried Competition at the 2027 Indian Fair & Market as an adult using the regular application for Fair Artists. In that case, all adult Fair rules and fees will apply. But 18-year-olds may only enter one competition, choosing either the Fair Juried Competition or YASS.

TYPES OF ART
Artistic media at the Indian Fair + Market includes jewelry, baskets, beadwork, quillwork, lapidary, paintings, drawings, photography, graphics, fashion & attire, pottery, pueblo carvings, sculpture, weaving & textiles, and more.

Booth Fee Payment Deadline: December 14, 2026 by 5 p.m. (Arizona Time Zone)
Please note: Accepted artists will be notified by mail with an artist agreement and instructions on how to access the booth fee payment portal.

6′ x 6′ Booth
Max. 2 Artists
• 1 Artist – $350
• 2 Artists – $250 each ($500 total)

10′ x 10′ Booth
Max. 4 Artists
• 1 Artist – $650
• 2 Artists – $450 each ($900 total)
• 3 Artists – $367 each ($1,101 total)
• 4 Artists – $325 each ($1,300 total)

If you would like to share a booth, please leave a comment at checkout in the booth pee payment portal indicating the names of the artists sharing the space.

HOW TO ENTER THE JURIED COMPETITION

All accepted artists are eligible to enter the Juried Competition.

The Juried Competition Guidelines and one Juried Competition Entry form will be mailed to you with your booth assignment at the end of January.

Additional entry forms are available upon request and will also be available during entrance into the Juried Competition (Thursday) before the Fair.

Youth Art Show & Sale (YASS) Registration

At the Youth Art Show & Sale (YASS), young Native artists in grades 7-12 have their work professionally judged, competing for ribbons and over $10,000 in prize money.

All artwork entered is displayed and available for sale in the Monte Vista Room.
